DESIGN & IDEATION — FORM STUDY
01 / 09
Design & Ideation
Every build begins as a sketch, refined until the shape feels right.
The Process
Nine stages. One team. No step skipped.

DESIGN & IDEATION — FORM STUDY
01 / 09
Every build begins as a sketch, refined until the shape feels right.

3D SCANNING & MODELING — SURFACE CAPTURE
02 / 09
The vehicle is captured to sub-millimetre accuracy before a single cut is made.

3D PRINTING — ADDITIVE LAYER
03 / 09
Rapid prototypes prove the fit and form before carbon is ever committed.

PROTOTYPING — FIT CHECK
04 / 09
A working test piece proves the geometry before it becomes permanent.

PRE-MOLDING — MASTER MODEL
05 / 09
A master model is hand-finished to the exact surface the mold will carry.

MOLD PRODUCTION — NEGATIVE FORM
06 / 09
Precision molds are produced from the master, built to hold that shape indefinitely.

CARBON PRODUCTION — LAYUP & CURE
07 / 09
Carbon sheets are laid up and cured to the same standard on every build.

FITMENT — INSTALLED TO BODY
08 / 09
Every panel is test-fitted and installed by the same hands that built it.

PAINT & FINISH — FINAL PASS
09 / 09
A final protective finish, invisible in itself, permanent in what it protects.
Questions
Kynetik Koncepts is a modern coachbuilder in Dubai Investment Park 2, UAE. It reclothes existing cars in hand-laid carbon fibre, one client and one mould per build, across five lines: Bespoke One-of-One, Karbon Ikonics, Karbon Klassics, Karbon Elektric and Karbon Toys.
A coachbuilder designs and builds a car's body for one owner on another maker's chassis. Kynetik does the same today in carbon fibre: the manufacturer's drivetrain stays, and the coachwork is scanned, designed, moulded and fitted for that single car.
In nine stages: design and ideation, 3D scanning to sub-millimetre accuracy, 3D printing, prototyping, a hand-finished master model, mould production, carbon lay-up and cure, fitment, then paint and finish.
Yes. Each build gets its own mould, and the mould is retired once the car is finished. The 599 RF is a numbered edition of twelve.
Yes. Kynetik's Karbon Elektric Taycan build adds carbon wide arches, a front splitter, intake blades, a rear diffuser and a swan-neck wing that rises for load and stows at rest. The drivetrain stays factory.
No. Karbon Elektric builds change the bodywork and cabin only; the electric drivetrain stays as the factory supplied it.
Nine in-house disciplines: 3D scanning and modelling, engineering, carbon fibre production, interior customisation, design, prototyping, fitment, paint protection and finish, and custom wheel design and production.
Yes. Karbon Toys applies the same carbon craft to off-road machines and motorcycles, including a Lamborghini-styled Can-Am buggy now in development.
